I'm Rich — a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than two decades of clinical experience, including work at Mayo Clinic Health System. I've sat with people through grief, trauma, relational fracture, and the quiet desperation that doesn't have a clean label.
My faith isn't a professional add-on. It's the lens through which I understand what people are, why we struggle, and what genuine healing actually looks like. I believe people are made for something — and that the gap between what we were designed for and how we're actually living is exactly where therapy becomes meaningful.
This practice exists because I've seen what happens when clinical expertise and Gospel truth work together without either one being diluted. That combination is what I bring to every session.
